All "Jonassed" Up

I know this story may sound odd but today, I reminded myself of a few years ago way back in 2006. It was a summer afternoon, I was only 9 years old and I was surfing through various TV channels until I decided to stop at MTV since the Music Video Playlists were about to begin. The second I clicked enter was the second cupid hit me with a golden arrow. For the very first time, I heard wedding bells chiming and my eyes were mesmerized by his face. It was the year when the Jonas Brothers launched their 2nd studio album "It's About Time" and one of their biggest hits "Year 3000" was for the very first time live on television! Of course, back then they were just three insignificant cracks on the pavement that just started their music career but anyway, I already loved them (Nick in particular) at first.
Because of the lack of technology back then, that was the first and the very last time I have heard about the Jonas Brothers.
That was until I discovered a year later that they have signed a record deal with Disney Records and I was immensely proud of them since they had so much talent!
I used to be love drunk for Nick Jonas ever since 2006 and today, the singer is commemorating his 19th Birthday! Not only Nick has now grown into a fine young man, but he has also made a lot of progress through his life by taking part in various Broadway Musicals such as Les Misérables, Hairspray, Beauty And The Beast and soon shall take the lead role of J. Pierrepont Finch on Broadway's 2011 revival of "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying". Not only to mention, while working with the Jonas Brothers, he was the one who'd put in the most effort out of the three by playing FOUR instruments and writing MOST of their songs! The singer also had to face a few tough times with his own personal problems like his Diabetes Diagnostic, but even then, Nick did hold on tight and that only made him stronger!
I still can't believe he has already grown up with a snap of a finger. He has still so much to go through with his life and I wish him all the best with a successful career, good health, that someday he will become a father and that someday my dream shall come true and I'll finally meet this wonderful person that has touched my heart in every single manner possible!

Here are a few songs of his from his latest album "Who I Am":

1) Conspiracy Theory

2) Rose Garden

3) Olive & An Arrow

4) State of Emergency

5) Vesper's Goodbye

I find it very jazzy and bluesy, reminds me a lot of Elvis Costello and COMPLETELY opposite to the JoBro's work. What do you think?

Enjooooy :)

PS: He'll be in my city next week, await news on the concert

PSS: Don't Forget: SURPRISE POSTTTT PEOPLEEEEE COMING YOUR WAAAAAAAAY!
