Man of the Hour

Sometimes, I get impressed on how times change so quickly, how all of a sudden something turns into something else out of nowhere. It is shocking indeed, impressive as well. I still remember it from the top of my head, not very long ago; I was accessing YouTube in search for funny videos and cool songs to listen to.  The second I entered the website’s homepage; a particular video caught my eye. It had the image of a boy, about 13 years of age that by the looks of his gestures was serenading a girl who seemed to be on her late teenage years. The title read: “Justin singing ‘With You’ to Esmee”. With no further a do, I then decided to click on the video since it was on the tab of “Top Views” on YouTube. All I can say is that my jaw dropped when the young boy decided to open his mouth and start vomiting melodic lyrics that sounded as if an angel had fallen from heaven. “He is only 13” I thought to myself. “I wish him the best, he has got potential”.
Ironic as it may sound; about two years later I decide to go to MTV to watch the Music Video marathon since it was about to begin. Remember that boy I talked about previously? Yeah, it was him aright. I could tell by his “windblown” hairstyle and the "baby face" as well. I was flabbergasted when I saw this. “OH. MY. GOD. It’s the YouTube guy!” was the first thought that came across my head and I couldn’t be prouder than that. Thanks to him, I learned that dreams do come true, with a little luck and hard work.
Oh! Yes! Almost forgot the most important part of the topic, that boy I was talking about, is some Canadian dude called “Justin Bieber”. The name sounds familiar right? My parents refer him as “the dude with the shiny hair” or something like that. Truth is, I went to his concert last Saturday (08.10.11) and lucky me, I will tell all of you about it!
Although Bieber was the main attraction of the night, popular bands such as british pop sensation “The Wanted” and electro pop group “Cobra Starship” also dazzled last Saturday singing megahits such as “Good Girls Go Bad”, “Hot Mess”, “#1Nite”, “You Make Me Feel”, “Glad You Came”, “Lightning”, “All Time Low” and “Gold Forever”.
As for JB’s performance, I learned something that night: Whenever there is purple smoke on stage, this means Justin is present. Since I’m not that BIG of a fan of his (however, I have total respect towards him), it was very entertaining since there was a DJ present and played hit club songs and the Biebster also took the chance to show off his a**-kicking moves on the dance floor and has sung classics such as “U Smile”, “One Time”, “Runaway Love”, “Never Say Never”, “One Less Lonely Girl” and of course #1 chart-topper “Baby”.
One other thing that I liked about the show was how respectful Bieber is in terms of punctuality and not disappointing his fans by keeping them waiting for him for incredibly long hours like some artists do (yes Rihanna and Beyoncé, I AM talking about YOU!).

Here are a few pics of the concert for the Beliebers who missed the most amazing Saturday and Sunday night of their lives!

Biebs taking the spotlight!

Lucky Belieber had the chance to be Justin's "One Less Lonely Girl" for the night

The artist shows his "sensitive" side, awwww! How charming!

Of course, he HAD to end the show singing "Baby"

Talk about swag, what's a Justin without style?

Bieber showing the Fever he has for the country!
Pretty sweet isn’t he? I already miss it too!

PS: Christmas isn't even here yet and JB is already getting up on the mood for some warm, creamy hot chocolate and spicy smooching (WITHOUT Selena Gomez) on his brand new music video: Mistletoe!
He is so adorable, even I had goose bumps when I saw the video! It really grasps that good, christmasy feeling and the song itself has kind of jazzy/reggae beat to it.

Any thoughts? Don't forget to comment!

Enjoooooy :)
