Long Live the Green!

Ever wanted to become a kid again? Go back to your old childhood where cuts on knees were easier to fix than a broken heart? If so, I'm about to have your wish granted.
We all remember them pretty well and needless to say, they were a huge success especially in the mid 70's up to the early 80's since they had their own TV show, many movies based upon classics such as The Wizard of Oz and A Christmas Carol and not to mention, their own attraction at Disney's Hollywood Studios!
No wonder the Muppets are so popular, their will even be a brand new movie coming out this Thanksgiving featuring them as the main characters alongside big time Hollywood actors Jason Segel (How I Met Your Mother) and Amy Adams (Enchanted).
And of course, with every movie, there comes an AWESOME soundtrack.
For the upcoming Muppet movie, famous artists such as The Fray, Ok Go, Weezer, Matt Nathanson and Hayley Williams have done a compilation called "The Green Album" featuring their own version of many famous Muppet songs. The album is already on iTunes for sale and also available on online retailers such as Amazon, Walmart and Best Buy.
Unfortunately, not all songs are available on YouTube. However, here is a sampler of the album with all songs featured in the tracklist!

Lucky me, at least I have found OK Go's version of "The Muppet Show Theme Song" music video!

Excited for this thanksgiving? Leave a comment!
